Water Service Pros regard ourselves as Investors of People. We invest in good people and give them the tools they need to grow both personally and professionally, which allows us to have the high-quality team that is at the core of our business. Giving our team the tools they need to be successful at their jobs begins with proper training. Our employees go through stringent training with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) to ensure that they are knowledgeable about proper procedures for drying, cleaning, and restoration. IICRC has set the standard in protocols and guidelines for the restoration industry. Our technicians are IICRC certified and trained to follow those protocols and guidelines for every job. Whether it’s a simple job or restoring your entire home after major loss, WSP. certified and trained technicians use the latest equipment, technology, and systems to do the job right.
High Quality means safety. When dealing with chemicals for cleaning and restoration, it’s vital that our technicians are always safety conscious. For the safety and protection of our team, our customers, and our environment, Water Service Pros adheres strictly to guidelines and regulations set forth by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that WSP is an OSHA compliant company.
High quality means being transparent in our business actions which is reflected through our approval status with the Better Business Bureau. Transparency is also reflected in our pricing. Water Service Pros uses industry standard software to calculate costs of a loss. This means ensuring that our Project Managers are equipped to work with insurance carriers, helping to avoid claim denials. The software we use is the same software used by insurance carriers nationwide allowing us to be completely transparent in our charges for equipment and labor costs. We know what the carriers are looking for, we are transparent in our pricing, and we do it right. It’s that simple.
When hiring employees, before anything else Water Service Pros looks for people with integrity and compassion. This isn’t an easy job. We take it to heart. When you call Water Service Pros for emergency services, rest assured that each person from our Customer Service Reps, to our Account Managers, to our Technicians, is sensitive to what you are going through. We take pride in what we do and understand that losing your home to fire or flood is a very delicate situation and no two losses are alike. We are dedicated to serving each other, serving our customers, and serving our community.
What does it mean to be accountable? We take ownership and hold ourselves accountable for our actions, our words, and our responsibilities. We are accountable to our fellow employees, to our customers, to our environment, and to our community. If we make a mistake, we don’t blame. We make it better.
We are all responsible to the communities we live in. When we support our communities, our communities support us. During a catastrophic event like a hurricane, Orlando and its community of people band together to help those in need. The people of Orlando and Central Florida have proven that we cannot be broken. In times of disaster, we all pull together and help one an- other. Just like the people of Orlando, WSP. Water Service Pros believe in the foundation of building and strengthening community. We developed our C.A.R.E.S. (Crisis Aid & Relief Emergency Services) Program to help service those in time of need during fire and other catastrophic events by bridging the gap and aiding between the time disaster strikes and the time insurance or other help kicks in.
